The hotel location is convenient and not too far from tourist attractions. Rooms are well, maintained and clean. the food was tasty and filling.
The hotel staff was unresponsive to our requests, especially when we needed help with our luggage. the Wi, Fi was too slow and unsteady, which made it difficult to connect to the internet.

I recently had an amazing experience at this hotel during my stay in Kashmir. the hotel's location in a safe area and close to beautiful gardens was perfect for exploring the surroundings. Secondly, the staff members were incredibly cooperative, helpful, and had a friendly attitude. Lastly, the hotel provided excellent basic amenities, including electric blankets in the rooms to stay warm in the cold weather. The breakfast offered was also delicious. I was truly impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money provided by this hotel.
